Charred tomato, pickled chilli and mozzarella salad
Im obsessed with those long, spindly Turkish green chillies. There salty, spicy vinegar is the perfect match with tomatoes and creamy mozzarella. Try it with roasted pumpkin in the colder months.

As balance goes salads should always have some acidic, something crunchy and something soft. This salad ticks all of those boxes with hot and salty heat coming from the long green chillies which are cushioned by that milky, buffalo mozzarella cheese and crunch from the whole toasted spice. Really one of my most favourite recipes, and now you can make it too.
